Enjoy your holiday with us. As soon as you wake up, breakfast will be waiting at your door. What could be better than starting your morning by sitting down at the prepared breakfast table?
We not only provide accommodation but also breakfast. You don't need to dress up because breakfast is served in your flat. The day before, you can choose from a selection of sweet and savory breakfast options, and we will bring it to your door in the morning. Fresh juices, bread, croissants, butter, jam, honey or Nutella, muesli, fresh fruit, cakes, sausage, bacon, cheese, yogurt, and much more are available. In your kitchenette, you'll find a kettle, espresso machine, coffee maker, and milk frother, so you can brew your own coffee, espresso, milk, or tea.

At the Luxury Chalet P in Val Gardena, you can truly unwind and rejuvenate. What could be better than visiting the spa after a long and eventful day? Take a swim, enjoy the sauna, or relax in the whirlpool grotto.
The spa features a luxurious infinity pool, a dolomite grotto with a whirlpool, a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, and a relaxation room with direct access to the garden. For those who are fitness-conscious, there is a well-equipped small gym with state-of-the-art fitness equipment. During your entire stay, you can borrow a bathrobe, bath slippers, and a wellness bag with sauna towels.
Please note that while the wellness area is accessible to the children in our facility, it is important to be aware that the sauna area permits nudity.

General terms and conditions+

Prices are per week (or other specified period) and include breakfast and SPA
To confirm the reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount
A deadline will be set for the payment of the confirmation deposit
The confirmation deposit serves as a guarantee for the fulfillment of the rental contract and will not be refunded in the case of unilateral cancellation by the guest
A credit card is required to guarantee the booking
Even in the event of late arrival or early departure, the entire reserved period will be invoiced
The balance will be charged one week prior to arrival
Unused breakfasts will not be deducted from the bill
Check-in is available from 15:00 onwards

On departure, the accommodation unit will be at your disposal until 10:00 a.m.
Child reductions are valid for two or more full-paying persons.
Prices are subject to change (e.g.: in case of unforeseeable and excessive price increase in electricity and gas)
Garage parking space is included in the chalet (one car per accommodation unit)
An e-charging station is available; please inform us when booking
By paying the deposit to confirm your booking, you automatically accept our terms and conditions

Cancellation conditions+

From the time of booking until 16 days before arrival, 30% of the total price will be retained
In the case of cancellation between 15 days and the day of arrival, 70% of the total amount of the booking will be charged
In the case of early departure or late arrival, 100% of the agreed daily rate per unused day will be charged
In the case of no-show, 100% of the agreed total price will be charged

Settlement+

A 30% deposit is required for confirmation at the time of booking.
The remaining 70% is to be paid one week before arrival.
